Stamped Concrete Designed Around Your Home

Stamped concrete gives you more control over the finished look of your patio, walkway, or other concrete area. We’ll help you choose a pattern, color, and layout that works with your home instead of making the decorative finish feel out of place.

Choose a Pattern You Like

Stamp patterns can create the look of stone, slate, brick, wood, and other textured finishes. We’ll go over the available options so you can choose one that fits the project.

Select the Right Color

Our team can help you compare color options and choose a combination that works with your home and the stamp pattern. Stamped concrete color is not exact—the final appearance can vary based on the concrete mix, the color added to the concrete, and the release used during stamping. Powder antique release can also add contrasting tones that significantly affect the finished look.

Add a Contrasting Border

A stamped border can be added around a standard concrete driveway or patio, or used with a different color or pattern around a fully stamped area.

Plan the Whole Area Together

Pattern direction, borders, shape, and surrounding concrete all affect the finished appearance. Planning those details before the pour helps the project look intentional instead of pieced together.

Our Concrete Patio Installation Process

From the first estimate to the finished patio, we keep the process straightforward and handle each stage from planning and preparation through the final pour.

1

Estimate & Planning

We review the project, discuss the area you want stamped, and go over pattern, color, border, and layout options before providing a clear estimate.

2

Site Preparation

Existing concrete is removed when necessary, and the area is prepared, graded, and formed for the new concrete.

3

Concrete Placement & Stamping

Concrete is placed and finished, color is incorporated as planned, and the selected pattern is stamped into the surface while the concrete is workable.

4

Cleanup & Curing

After stamping, we clean up the work area and explain the curing process and when the new concrete will be ready for normal use.

Stamped Concrete FAQs

Answers to common questions homeowners have about stamped concrete patterns, colors, borders, installation, curing, and maintenance.

How soon can I use my new stamped concrete?

Most stamped concrete projects take about 2–3 working days: typically one or two days for preparation and one day for the concrete pour and stamping. If you choose an antique powder release, the final sealer is generally applied a couple of weeks later, so the decorative finish will not look completely finished right after the pour.

For patios and walkways, you can usually walk on the concrete the next day. We recommend avoiding dragging furniture or placing heavy items on the surface for at least two weeks because the concrete can still scratch while it is curing.

Yes. You can choose from available stamp patterns and color options, and our team can help you compare combinations that work with your home. Final concrete color is never exact and can vary based on the concrete mix, added color, release, curing, and other conditions.

Yes. A stamped border can be added around a driveway, patio, or other concrete area while the main surface uses a different finish. On fully stamped projects, the border can also use a contrasting pattern or color.

If antique powder release is used, the concrete can look dull, dusty, uneven, or much different from the final color during the first couple of weeks. That is normal. Once the concrete has had time to cure and the final sealer is applied, the color and contrast become much more representative of the finished appearance.

Yes. Stamped concrete is still concrete, so cracking can occur as the concrete cures and moves over time. Proper site preparation and control joints help manage cracking, but no concrete contractor can honestly guarantee that concrete will never crack.
