About B&P Concrete
B&P Concrete is a family-owned concrete contractor based in Olathe, Kansas, serving homeowners throughout the Kansas City area.
When you work with B&P, you work directly with our family. Brian or Everardo will meet with you about your project and remain involved during construction, while Amy helps coordinate scheduling, deposits, and project updates. Our crew handles the work in the field, with one of the owners directly involved throughout the project.
OUR BACKGROUND
From Subcontracting to Building Our Own Reputation
B&P Services LLC was started in 2019, but our family’s construction experience goes back to 2001. Until 2022, much of our work was completed as subcontractors for other companies. Working through a middleman can make communication more difficult and gives you less control over materials, scheduling, and how the finished project is handled.
Over the past several years, we have focused on working directly with homeowners and building B&P Concrete around our own projects. That transition has given us more control over each job—from the materials and specifications to the crew, equipment, communication, and final details.
We may not always be the lowest bid, but our goal is to give homeowners a clear scope of work, solid construction, direct owner involvement, and a company that will stand behind the project after the work is complete.

B&P Concrete is family-owned, and homeowners work directly with the people running the company. From the initial estimate through scheduling and construction, each of us has a specific role in keeping the project moving.
Brian Rodriguez
Estimating & Project Management
Brian handles most of B&P Concrete’s estimates and helps plan projects from the beginning. He works with homeowners on scope, specifications, and pricing, coordinates work across the crews, and remains involved as projects move into construction. He also handles field decisions and works directly with the crews when needed.
Everardo Rodriguez
Field Operations & Project Management
Everardo brings more than 20 years of construction experience to B&P Concrete. He works primarily in the field, helping lead more complex projects and providing experienced oversight when a job requires it. He also works directly with the crews to make sure the project follows the plan and field issues are handled properly.
Amy Rodriguez
Scheduling & Customer Coordination
Amy helps keep projects organized after an estimate is accepted. She coordinates scheduling, deposits, paperwork, and project updates, helping homeowners know what is happening and what comes next as their project moves forward.
